Plasma and Shock mods are a dime a dozen and destroy flesh/robots and the science damage boost is huge. Shrink ray at max science makes any enemy stupidly weak. In previous play-throughs it's worked fine, capping the cost to 200 each time I tinker. Now it doesn't seem to have taken. The tinker cost on Science weapons is no different than tinkering with regular weapons. Any ideas?
