The water was rushing while we were there, but we just crossed slowly and made sure we had our footing. You will get wet, there are a couple tricky spots, but not too bad. It's a 3-4 mile round trip hike with dozens of creek crossings so plan to get your feet wet. The hike is beautiful and worth taking your time. We wore water shoes so the crossing were no big deal.
