WebAnyone of you who have downloaded Crunchyroll noted that everytime you try to play any video, the app shows "There was an unknown video player error" pop up. There is actually a fix for this error, but you have to do the following procedure everytime you close and open the app, otherwise the pop up will continue to appear. WebMar 7, 2024 · CrunchyRoll is a pure steaming pile of turd. The app is the worst shit ever, on all devices, and the subpar video quality is embarrassing for a paid service. Sadly they are one of the better alternatives, especially for weirder stuff, but Amazon and Hulu are getting good at anime, and Netflix has its own shows although no simulcasts.
