That might be okay on a short trip when you have lots of extra fuel or if you want to stop and refuel anyway, but if you need more range then decreasing from 100 to 95 indicated brings the TAS to 108 and the fuel burn down to 8.7 GPH. (108/110)² x 9.0 = 8.7.
