Anita “Bonno” Bernard has been a writer, publisher, and brand consultant since 1984. She built her skills in product naming, slogans, copy writing, branding, and corporate cultural development during seventeen years at Odwalla, Inc. She has collaborated with a wide variety of companies and organizations, from small start-ups to Nike, Inc.
Bonno has a BFA in Fine Art from The Colorado College, with continued education in graphic design and botanical illustration from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to writing and editing, she is well-versed in typography, graphic recording, design, and digital production. Her comprehensive skills and experience make her a valued resource for clients needing creativity, efficiency, smart content, quick turn arounds, and serial commas.
BBCS generally works on contract for branding and design projects, and hourly for shorter term production, writing, and editing jobs.
